My pool heat pump repeatedly displays the error "E03". What should I do?

There is no need to worry, error E03 simply indicates that water no longer circulates in the heat pump.

This error will appear every time your filtration pump stops.

If the filtration pump works, check the correct valves are open and inspect the filter and/or skimmer for clogging.

A continuity test (basic knowledge in electricity required) can be performed to find out whether the flow switch is really doing its job as a dry contact. The test must be performed while filtration is in progress.

If this is the first start-up for a given pump, and if the E03 error persists, check the direction of water circulation, refer to the manual to determine the input/output direction of water flow.
